Khloe Kardashian’s appearance at ICONIC to launch the Kardashian Kollection quickly became one of the most anticipated events of the year.  We had the chance to sit down and chat with the beautiful and down-to-earth star about the collection, her inspirations and her first visit to Dubai.

Q: Tell us about the collection. What were your inspirations?

A: The collection is a combination of us three sisters and our styles. We were all really involved in the designing process from the picking out fabrics to making sure the fit was right. We also listened a bit more to our fans and changed this collection according to the feedback we received from previous collections.

Q: How do you feel about bringing the Kardashian Kollection to Dubai?

A: So excited. This is my first time in Dubai and I love how extravagant everything is – from the buildings to the people. Dubai seems like such a glam place so I think the collection will fit in well here. My sisters and I were able add more glitz than we usually would. The women in Dubai aren’t afraid to own their fashion – it takes a brave woman to carry off so much sparkle.

Q: What celebrity would you love to see wearing the collection?

A: Definitely J-Lo. I just love her style and aura. I would love to see her in the lace jumpsuit. She definitely does a jumpsuit justice.

Q: What are your favorite 3 pieces from the collection?

A: I love the leather dress, it is fitted but has a little flare so you don’t feel constricted; the feathered bomber jacket is really cool and glam and the lace jumpsuit is elegant.
